After installing this script, log in to Facebook and open the Pokes app page (https://www.facebook.com/pokes). The contents of the window will be replaced with a diagnostic screen. You can still open Facebook in a new tab.

There is a lightweight version of this script that also returns pokes automatically at http://adf.ly/Cuec0. It uses only Facebook's Arbiter system to receive notifications, does not come with a user interface, and has the extra features excluded, so it is smaller.
